Welcome to our Lux Stay in Auburndale! A Design by Dopestay 🪷 Thoughtfully designed so that all spaces are used to their full potential. Traditional, cozy independent living & kitchen spaces which have more than enough room & seating to entertain up to 10 guests. Luxurious touches & an art deco vibe bring this stay to life! Guests are granted access to the entire home including the enclosed backyard, garage, kitchen, living room and dining spaces, all three bedrooms and both bathrooms. During your stay, guests can contact us via the AIRBNB platform for general questions or concerns. If there's a home-related emergency, please contact our local manager, Eric. The neighborhood is a small community with quiet streets and mature landscaping throughout. Community is nearby main roads but without dorect through traffic Guests are recommended to have a car for ease of travel or the use of ride-sharing options such as Uber or Lyft. The listing is Pet-Friendly; HOWEVER, you MUST include your pet with your booking and pay the applicable fee (with the exception of support animals with their necessary documentation). A late check out fee of $75 will be applied for any guests that do not leave by the reserved time unless previously discussed and agreed upon. Parties are strictly prohibited. Guests found to host a party are subject to a minimum fine of $250.00. This fee does not cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or any other issues caused by the party. If home is found to be excessively dirty after the completion of your stay, a deep cleaning can be charged, with a minimum charge of $150, up to as much as $250, depending the extend of the mess.
