This unit has direct views of the gulf and has all the amenities needed for a wonderful Florida vacation! This unit features a full kitchen with all major appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer and a screened-in private balcony. Stunning sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, white sand beach, and warm weather - all right outside your unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a separate doorway to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds, plus there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a max occupancy of 8 guests. The guest bathroom is in the hall along with the laundry area. This unit is perfect for a family getaway or a friends trip! This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This unit also requires a parking pass that will be left in your unit, please hang that from your rearview mirror or leave it face up on your dash. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Wifi is provided through the condo association. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
