You will not only be a few steps from the beautiful pools, fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, Island Bites, and the adult pool, but our incredible beach is only steps away! This unit is located right in the center of Fripp Island! This Sunsuite is equipped with a kitchenette, a small refrigerator with a freezer, a small stove, a queen-sized bed with new bedding, and a mounted 55" TV. All new kitchen supplies, including a crock pot and a Keurig. There are laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of this complex. Guest Cards Included: Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards, a value of up to $200! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
