Seacliff Holiday Home No.3 Description – Sleeps 6 Seacliff Holiday Home No.3 has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Open-plan living area - Dining area - Kitchen area - Bathroom with shower Property layout – First Floor : - Bedroom 1: queen ensuite bedroom, sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: bunk bed, sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: bunk bed, sleeping 2 Step outside through the patio doors to enjoy dining al fresco or relaxing in the rear lawned garden. There is a children’s playground onsite. The Lighthouse Bar & Restaurant is located next to this holiday home and provides a wonderful dining experience overlooking the Hook Head and Dunmore East Harbour. Local area & Tourist Attractions The picturesque and seaside village of Dunmore East has something for everyone from the public tennis court, playground, local horse riding, cliff top walks, bird watching, sailing and water sports at the harbour. Things to do in the local area: - The Waterford Greenway: 46km of off-road cycling & walking (bikes can be hired via Waterford Greenway Cycle Tour & Bike Hire – please note bookings must be made in advance) - Waterford City - Amusement Park in Tramore - The Wild Coastline at Hook Head - Passage East - Visit the Coves - Dunmore Adventure Centre: Aquapark - The Strand Inn - Dunmore Golf Classic in April - Dungarvan Town IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our call centre or the Property Manager if you wish to order towel sets. The Property Manager's contact details are available in the arrival information document which is emailed once final payment has been made.
