The home has multiple upper private decks, a lower deck leading to the hot tub, outdoor dining and lounge seating on the deck off the main level. Wonderful Amenities Stay warm in the winter with two beautiful gas fireplaces and central heating, while keeping cool in the summer with multiple mini split units. Each bedroom features sleep number beds with easy to use remotes. Keypad entry makes for an easy arrival. You will have the entire home and property to yourselves. Up to 3 vehicles are allowed. No boats, trailers, campers, tents, outdoor camping or recreational vehicles are allowed on the property or the road to the property. IMPORTANT information about the property This property is up a narrow road with multiple steep switchbacks and cannot be safely traversed in a 2wd vehicle when covered in snow, ice, or mud. A 4WD and proper snow traction is recommended year round and absolutely REQUIRED from OCTOBER TO JUNE to travel to Evergreen Mountain Basecamp. Please do not book this property if you are not prepared or comfortable driving in winter driving conditions. Refunds will not be given if you try to access the property without the appropriate vehicle. We do not allow smoking (inside OR outside) or outdoor grilling at this property, due to the conditions imposed by Jefferson County for our permit.
