Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to the home. The Neighborhood: Situated in the peaceful enclave of Grace Bay, you'll enjoy close proximity to the beach and all the vibrant activities this popular area has to offer. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beach and a plethora of delectable dining options. For those who love nightlife, numerous venues await where you can dance the night away. Additionally, you'll have easy access to restaurants, beaches, tour operators, and various parts of the island. If water sports are your passion, you'll find a diverse range of activities, including snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, freediving, fishing, kiteboarding, sailing, wakeboarding, and more, all nearby! Getting Around: The property is approximately 12 km or 7.5 miles from the Providenciales International Airport. A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space for 2 cars. Grace Bay, Providenciales, is about a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive to the beach. Other Things to Note: There are stairs inside the home. There is no daily house cleaning. For stays of 7 nights or longer, there is a complimentary mid-stay clean. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $800 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. - Please provide your flight number, arrival, and departure times immediately after booking, or as soon as these details are available, to help us prepare for your visit.
