About this house rental

Nestled in Over The Rhine, this attractive house for $204 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. About this space: Just listed on VRBO after a year earning 5 Star reviews on the "other" site. Huge historic home located within walking distance to the University of Cincinnati. Five minutes from downtown, stadiums, OTR, hospitals, and EVERYTHING central! This is a safe, quiet, fully renovated two bedroom apartment with kitchen, laundry, separate entrance, outdoor grilling space, dedicated parking, patio, awesome view, and complete privacy. We look forward to your visit! Owners live below. No parties! The space: Built in 1914 by a merchant at Findlay Market, this was one of the first homes built on the hill north of downtown. The Fairview neighborhood was originally called "Riddle's Hill". Most of the area was part of the estate of Colonel John Riddle (1760-1847), a veteran of the American Frontier Wars and the War of 1812. In the late 1860s, the Fairview name came into use, taken from Fairview Avenue, built around 1856, and named because the hilltop provided a fine view of the basin and the lower Mill Creek Valley. The Fairview Incline was later built at the south end of the street. This upstairs apartment and side yard have been completely renovated over the past 2 years. Guest access: You have complete private access to a side yard leading to stairs that lead to an upstairs full two-bedroom apartment. The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a full bath , and a full kitchen. You also have a private balcony with stunning views of the west side of Cincinnati. Other things to note: There is usually plenty of parking on the street right in front of the house. But if not, there's a dedicated parking spot in front of (not inside) the third garage bay. Just make sure you're pulled over for us please.
