عزل الغرف عن بعضها ضعيف حيث نسمع اصوات الجار وخصوصا منطقة الحمام بالطرقة حيث ان الاسقف فيها بلاطات ومحتمل ان تكون مفتوحة من الاعلي ولا يوجد فواصل
