Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation ⏱ - Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily ▂▂⌇- No smoking at the property [◉"] - No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use ᶻ𝗓𐰁 - We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull-out sleepers, get moved from one property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed 𐂷 - If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given 彡 - Due to the constant use of this house, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest. ♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase ☀ - We do our best to keep pool and/or spas/jacuzzis in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do their best to address an issue with the pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise 彡 - Please note that scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist in the property that were not photographed.
