Shower flooded entire bathroom. So much so my feet sat in water when I went to toilet. The slope is all wrong in both shower and toilet area. Painfully slow check-in. Needs to be faster. No hair dryer. Then having to request - yet another delay to sleep. For those who wear make up or style your hair, the lighting in the bathroom is a disaster. It’s like putting your make up on in the dark. No where to dry hair with mirror. No safety lock.

El personal es maravilloso desde antes de la llegada, entienden que las llegadas de los aviones puede variar tanto adelantándose como retrasándote y no te ponen ningún problema. La habitación estaba súper limpia, era espaciosa y la cama realmente era muy cómoda lo cual se necesita en una escala. Se accede directamente desde la zona de entre puertas y no necesitas pasar por control de pasaportes/aduanas, solo control de maletas lo que reduce muchísimo el tiempo que se necesita para hacer conexión entre vuelos o realmente poder meterte en la cama.

El único pequeño detalle es que la temperatura de la ducha es difícil de regular y que el suelo del baño está planteado para que el agua de la ducha salga por dos sumideros de modo que la zona del lavabo se queda mojada tras ducharte.

The boarding pass issue delayed my checkin by 2 hour from 1am to 3am even though the front desk really tried! Also, the cost was 20%+ higher than Booking.com indicated! Good overall, but checkin was a disaster as I could have gone outside and gotten 6 hours of sleep vs. 4 hours, which I really needed!

Conveniently located inside the transit area. really nice and efficient staff. Decent amenities and space.

The bathroom shower doesn't have a door, hence you can't take a shower without the entire bathroom getting completely wet. Quite difficult to use after that. The room also didn't have a mirror except for in the bathroom.

Ideally located within Zayed International, this is perfect for those uncomfortable lay overs that don't warrant leaving the terminal. Mine was a 15hr wait, and even with lounge access, doing this without a bed to rest up in would've been a challenge.

$220AUD for just a bed, a TV that isn't connected online and no windows (and thus no fresh air) for a maximum of 12 hours was difficult to stomach - was expecting half the price.

Il faut 10 minutes pour que l’eau chaude arrive et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de fenêtre, et que la chambre soit un peu petite. Enfin le Menage n’était pas très bien fait.

Location within transfer area! Staff was very friendly, both in the evening (Mahmoud and Emma) and the morning (ryifat and Lucy).

Shower was leaking (drainage did not manage to hold the water).

The convenience, it's inside the airport, in the area where the gates are so, no need to pass security again. You can check in at any time. I would stay again here

Hard to find The shower has no curtain and the water spills everywhere. Only a couple of electricity sockets. Expensive considering you can only stay for 12 hours.

Located inside the terminal, the hotel is at a very convenient spot. Room had everything required for a short term stay at the airport.

Check-in experience could've been better. There was only one staff at the reception desk and the number of guests was more. Standard room size is a bit small, could've been a little bigger.

Tiny Room!!!! Expensive Price!! The room was VERY small and paid $200USD for 8 hrs. which I find expensive! You MUST have a boarding pass to stay at this hotel which I didn't know before. I fly standby and don't get issued boarding passes which was a problem. Also, I was going to leave the hotel and they advised me if you are standby if you leave the airport, they will not let you back in until 1 hr before your flight so the amount paid on the room would be wasted.

This hotel is so easy when travelling. As a transit hotel it has all you need. The airport and hotel staff are informative and relaxed. This helps to take any stress out of travelling

The bathroom floor gets wet when showering. Design fault. Manageable.

Удобно, что расположен отель прямо в аэропорту, вежливые сотрудники.

Номер не соответствовал фотографиям и описанию. Шнур чайника суперкороткий, не дотягивается до розеток. Вода из душевой секции стекает к унитазу в совмещенном санузле, остается влажный пол.
