There is not much grass in front but to the south of our building there is a grass area that you can play yard games on. We do suggestion scooters, bikes and wagons for the kids. You are right on the Dickinson County Bike Trail so you can take that around the lake. We do have areas for you to lock up your bikes but you need to bring chain and lock.
