Welcome to 125 Ocean Creek! This custom-built 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home will captivate guests with its breathtaking marsh views. Nestled in a picturesque Lowcountry setting, this residence boasts a unique courtyard design, seamlessly blending separate wings for sleeping quarters and family entertaining. In the right wing, the gourmet kitchen and dining area flow gracefully into the family room, offering panoramic marsh views. The kitchen is a culinary haven with custom cabinets, granite tops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, tiled backsplash, and 2 dishwashers. The upstairs loft area features a wet bar, mini-fridge, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, creating an ideal gathering space with a view. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family. In the left wing, discover the sleeping quarters. Downstairs offers two roomy guest bedrooms with a queen and double queen bed accommodations, and a luxurious Jack and Jill bathroom featuring a tiled shower and jetted tub. Upstairs, you can find the third guest suite with full-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Just down the hall is the master suite situated marsh front, this bedroom offers commanding views of the Fripp marsh, Skull Inlet, and the Atlantic. The suite includes a king-sized bed, its own wet bar, and a master bath with double vanities, a jetted tub with tiled surrounds, and a walk-in custom tiled shower. Enjoy the outdoors with a spacious screened porch, providing a delightful space for evening relaxation. The large rear deck is perfect for outdoor cookouts and gatherings with the included gas grill, surrounded by the natural beauty of the marsh. From the front porch, views of the Ocean Creek Golf Course can be enjoyed! A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream! Also included with your rental are up to 12 guest cards, with a value of up to $600. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including tennis and golf courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more.
