Choose between two picturesque beach parks, Tide Beach or Fletchers Cove (which exclusively offers a playground for kids!). Additionally, Solana Beach's renowned shopping destination, the Cedros Design District, featuring a variety of shops and restaurants, is situated less than a mile away. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms - Primary bedroom (upstairs, on its own level): king bed, ensuite bathroom, sun deck - Second bedroom (main level): king bed, sleeps 2 - Third bedroom (main level): queen bed, sleeps 2 - Hallway bathroom (main level): walk-in shower AMENITIES - Hot tub in the backyard - Ping pong table - BBQ grill - Fully-stocked kitchen - Dining area for 6 - Breakfast corner with seating for 2 - Washer and dryer - Sun deck off of the primary suite - Central heating - AC-Heat units in each bedroom - Beach gear - Fenced yard PARKING - Up to 1 vehicle in the small detached garage. - Street parking may be available. HOUSE RULES - MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 6 - QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. - THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY due to the homeowner's allergies. - VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. - Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7 - This two-level home is located in a quiet neighborhood. - The detached garage includes a secured area; however, nobody resides in it. It features a window with blinds, but the space remains unoccupied. CANCELLATION POLICY - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. - Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). - Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Solana Beach. It was a great location for visiting with family and friends in the area. The house has a wonderful layout. We especially liked the 2nd floor deck for sitting and reading a book and the sunken living room for playing a game at night. The beach of course was wonderful. It was fairly secluded and only a short walk from the house. Great for taking a walk either day or night. We also enjoyed the convenience to downtown San Diego. We had the opportunity to take in a Padres game, visit the many fine museums at Balboa Park and tour the Midway in the harbor. Thanks for sharing your home!

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The house is so nice with an open floor plan, a fireplace, two decks , outdoor shower and really nice amenities. Very comfortable bedrooms. The master upstairs and attached bathroom , are incredible . The yard has trees and plants and is really relaxing. Ping pong table in the garage, bikes , beach chairs , cooler, kids beach toys! The neighborhood is fantastic and we walked two blocks to the beach every day. There is hardly any traffic on the roads near the house. Restaurants and one of the best donut place ever are within walking and biking distance. This was such a fantastic stay for our family. Nina, the property manager was awesome. Thank you for such a fantastic stay.

We recently spent a month in this lovely Solana Beach home. The house is located in a friendly, safe neighborhood only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Comfy living situation for 2 couples with an extra bedroom. House appears as described and in photos with nice decor and beautiful photographic artwork by the home owner. Back patio and BBQ allow you to enjoy sunny California days. Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Kitchen is well stocked for at home cooking. Ample street parking and garage available. Nina, the property manager, was always quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return!

super house with well stocked kitchen (and we did cook). wish there had been a couch hide a bed option. couches are not cozy but adequate. master is super spacious with huge bath and walk in closet. the outdoor shower was a hit and we always showered outside! loved the outdoor areas too for sitting and eating

This is a super cool house so close to the beach and you quickly feel like a local in this great neighborhood. This house has everything you need and more with cool art, books and more. Great stay!
