The Space: This gorgeous lakefront home can sleep up to 11 guests! With up to 5 people in the loft (2 twin beds with 1 twin trundle, and 1 queen bed) and up to 6 people in the lower level. (1 queen bed, 1 twin bunk bed, and 1 twin/full bunk bed). The home provides 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with all the essentials for everyday cooking needs. There is a outdoor deck overlooking the lake with seating and a propane grill! Enjoy the lake itself with a dock out into the water! (please use caution on the dock, and do not leave children unattended) Be aware of the steep driveway and steep stairs at this location. Also be aware that bedrooms are only accessible by spiral stairs up to the loft or down to the basement. No first-floor bedrooms. Lower level bedrooms have access directly to the outside, by way of double doors beneath the deck. Also be aware that the queen bedroom in the lower level is the only private space with a door. All other beds are located in either the loft or the shared space in the basement. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. Guests do not have access to the pontoon boat on-site, which belongs to the homeowner. Guests should also note that all bedrooms, and entry to the home, are only accessible by stairs. Exterior stairs are relatively steep, and interior stairs are spiral staircases. The Neighborhood: The home is located on the banks of Williamstown Lake along with a scattering of other lakefront homes. Be aware that the roads in the area may be affected by water runoff and some possible erosion in places. Getting Around: Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best bet in this beautiful rural setting. Other Things to Note: We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions. Please use caution on the dock and the slide, and never leave children unattended in or near the water. The pontoon boat in the boathouse is not available for guest use. Interaction with Guests: Our interaction with you is minimal unless you need us. In that case, we can be there in minutes!
