INTERIOR DESCRIPTION I Lecci 1 is located on second floor of a private building. The entrance (via a flight of stairs) leads to the spacious covered veranda with splendid panoramic views facingthe Gulf of Porto Rotondo. The apartment comprises a spacious living room with dining table overlooking the separate kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and washing machine; the living area features a sitting area with flat-screen TV and sofa bed; the sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. For a different layout, two sofa beds are available in the living room. Near the entrance is a courtyard with uncovered parking spaces. DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES I Lecci 1 is nestled within the well-maintained residential complex known as "I Lecci," surrounded by beautiful and characteristic Mediterranean shrubs including ancient junipers, olive trees, rockroses, and myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and consists of only two buildings in a quiet and secluded setting. The stunning Ira beach is approximately 3 km away. A few kilometers away, you'll find the popular restaurant with pool "Stella di Gallura," a frequented destination in the summer months.
