We are also conveniently located just 1 mile from the Razorback Stadium, making us an ideal choice for sports enthusiasts. Plus, you're just minutes away from grocery stores and a variety of local restaurants. Kitchen: Our fully stocked kitchen, complete with a large island, has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including pots, pans, dishes, silverware, linens, coffee pot, toaster, and more. Just blocks from downtown and Dickson St. Other Things to Note: - No smoking - PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max). We may require a refundable pet deposit. - No events, parties, or large gatherings. - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces - Garage is not available to guests. - If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company".
