Take it easy at this tranquil retreat away from the hustle & bustle of city life! 20 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge yet in a world of its own, this spacious 4BD/2BA custom-built home features plenty of space for sipping coffee or a glass of wine from the patio, gardens, or even the Grand Room with majestic views of the mountains! Located in beautiful San Rafael, this home is near a variety of local attractions, including China Camp State Park, McNears Beach, Muir Woods & Mt. Tam! Views, views, views! Surrounded by scenic hills and mountains! Brainstorm strategy sessions with your team from the picturesque grand room that includes a projector screen(bring own projector), whiteboard, smart TV, and pool table! This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms equipped with free toiletries. It features a sleek kitchen with cookware and has a contemporary living room/dining room area with panoramic views of the deck with lounge chairs, and fire pit. The home is located on the same floor level where you have private access to both the front garden and deck. NOTE: Owner occupies a separate upstairs unit with its own private entrance and yard and respects guest privacy. Private Entrance. You have private access to the entire home on the same level including the deck and front garden area. Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit. Any violation of this is $1,000 or more. By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay. Additional guests after 6 registered people/approved pets would require an extra charge of $40 per head on the nightly rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home. Penalty for each unannounced guest or pet not disclosed prior to the stay is $80 per head (2x the normal charge). Please take off your shoes before going on carpeted areas. We don’t monitor propane tank usage. There is a place nearby where you can exchange for a refill.
