Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, Two of the bedrooms features 2 single beds and the other bedroom includes a double bed and it also includes an ensuite. Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide are of the highest of quality. Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one of them being an ensuite equipped with a shower while the other is a separate bathroom having also a shower. Lift is available in the common parts. 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. Located on the eastern coast of Malta, Gzira is a charming town that offers a perfect blend of urban convenience and coastal tranquility. With its scenic seafront promenade, lively restaurants and bars, and easy access to the rest of the island, Gzira is a popular destination for both tourists and locals alike. One of the main attractions of Gzira is its beautiful seafront, which offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Valletta skyline. The promenade is perfect for a leisurely stroll or jog, with plenty of benches and seating areas where you can relax and soak up the sun. There are also several cafes and restaurants along the promenade where you can enjoy a coffee, a snack, or a full meal while enjoying the view. For those who enjoy shopping, Gzira has several small shops and supermarkets where you can buy groceries and essentials, as well as a few clothing and souvenir stores. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro) 2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. 6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) - Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking. 9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
