The north unit is occupied by a tenant who helps to oversee the upkeep. You will have access to the main house and yard. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 living rooms and 3 full bathrooms. Quiet suburban area but close to everything. There is an apartment complex in the back but they are super mellow and very quiet. Parking off street for 8 cars is available Please be respectful to our neighbors - quiet hours 10:30pm - 7am Trampoline, tree house, fire pit and creek that runs along the back side are all play "your own risk". The trampoline does have wood on the side but there are gaps- please warn of stepping through and hurting leg. There is absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES allowed. If you "break it", you just "bought it".
