The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both offering a single vanity and walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Parking lot parking is available for 2 vehicles. Any additional cars may park at the clubhouse. • Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key. • Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es).
