J’ai adoré le spot de ce logement, pour 25€/nuits avoir une tente sur un motu à bora, couché de soleil avec la ptite bière vue sur l’île de bora c’est incroyable. Cet hébergement est le premier à rentré bora accessible aux petits budget de plus. Tapu (l’hôte) est sympa et a même organisé quelques animations locales le soir (je vous laisse découvrir😉) navette matin et soir gratuite sur l’île. Tapu nous a donné son contact de taxi avec des prix très raisonnable pour bora, bien que le stop fonctionne à merveille. Excellent séjour, aucun regret ☺️ ( photo vue depuis la tente chaque matin )

Seul petit bémol est que l’électricité n’est pas toujours allumé sur le motu

L’emplacement sur un motu est exceptionnel. Vivre à la roots à bora bora est juste incroyable. C’est une vraie expérience que personnellement j’ai adoré . L’ambiance y est très sympa. J’ai adoré les activités le soir comme le tressage des paniers, fabrication du pain à la coco, barbecue … La plage est tellement belle et tranquille. Faire du kayak à volonté …

Everything! The location is an absolute dream. On top, Tapu is just the most welcoming host who made me feel like a friend and just honestly wants everyone to have the best time. I just arrived at another ‘hostel’ in bora bora and I feel sad I had already booked it. No comparison to the private motu you get at ALAROOTS. Expect the full ‘remote island’ experience. Even though it’s basic, the shower and toilets are made with so much love and I felt comfortable everywhere! Probably the best stay of my entire French Polynesia trip and not sure something can top it!

Amazing place, the nature is absolutely stunning out there and Tapu is a great host. You need to have the right attitude because life on the motu is simple, don't expect luxury. But if you have, you will have a really great experience, and there is probably no better price/performance-ratio in Bora.
