Included breakfast was great. Proximity to the beach was good however it was quite ahead of the prime location at Negombo.
The staff during the day were polite and professional.
It’s not an open property for guests to come or leave anytime. They lock the gates in the night and care taker is mostly unavailable or sleeping during the night.
I had to wait at the property main gate with no one opening for me to enter as I arrived morning at 4 am.
There were lot of issues with geckos getting inside the room.
