About this space Our beautifully remodeled, "quaint and cozy" house is the perfect location for your next stay in Oshkosh! Enjoy the comforts of a freshly remodeled home and the excitement of being close to downtown and Lake Winnebago, all wrapped into one! This house would be ideal for solo traveler in town for an extended stay, as it is cheaper than a hotel room and has the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen. The space Unit Features: -Less than 1/2 mile from the Oshkosh Wedding and Convention Center, as well as the downtown area -Not located on the water, but directly across the road there is a small public pier -less than 10 mins from EAA facilities -3 bedrooms and 1 full bath -Quite and Secure -All Utilities are Included (Heat/Water/Electricity/Air Conditioning, Internet) -3 cars can park tandem in driveway -Fully remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and countertops fully stocked with dishes and cookware -Washer and Dryer -All the rooms are fully decorated to give the house character and that warm cozy feeling. We just ask our guest to NOT touch any of the artwork on the walls or move any of the decorations. We would gratefully appreciate! Guest access Keypad lock on door for contactless 24 hour check -in. Important to note that since the door is brand new and seals tightly, you have to pull on the door a little to take pressure off of the deadbolt so you can turn it....otherwise it's difficult. Other things to note This house in intended for extended stays. While the house has a fully furnished kitchen and hand soap and linens are provided, we do not provide paper or disposable items like trash bags, toilet paper, paper toweling, spices, cooking oil, soaps for bathing etc for the duration of your stay. We leave a few essential items to get you started, but disposables will need to be purchasedand provided by you during the course of your stay.
