The utilities cost $360 per month. The utilities fee should be paid directly to the host during check-in and on monthly basis. Small Pets are allowed with additional pet registration fee of $425 to be paid directly to Host at check-in following a written approval by host. Payment Terms: when making the reservation $750 down payment y credit card or Zelle is required to secure the booking. If card is selected, there is a 4% processing fee added. The remaining balance for the f rent & fees is due at check in by Zelle or Bank Transfers.
