Newly renovated 3 BR/3BA with pool on St. Simons Island. This cozy cottage is on a quiet street that is just blocks from the beach and the Village. Adorably decorated this is the perfect place to stay for couples, families or friends looking for a SSI getaway. Instagram worthy with full mural on pool shed. A great spot for photos from a memorable vacation! 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own private bath! The house has 2 master bedrooms with king beds. The second master includes a desk/work space for remote work. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The living area is spacious with large flat screen tv and dining area. The home is on a large lot with plenty of parking. The fenced in backyard includes a private pool and green space with room for outdoor games. Family Tides guests love the location of the home. It is close to several public beach access points, the Village, Demere Park (playground), pickleball courts, the King and Prince resort and some of SSI's best restaurants. Make the most of your time on the island: take a beach stroll, lounge by the private pool, or just relax. This cottage has plenty to offer everyone! This place was just as advertised- comfortable digs, sweet little heated pool, tons of amenities, lovely quiet neighborhood.
Easy easy place to enjoy with three bedrooms and three baths. I want to come back soon!!

We stayed at property for part of our girls trip. Adorable house. Cute backyard/patio. Walking distance to beach and to shopping/food. Perfect for a girls getaway. Loved st simons. Would definitely book again if we have opportunity to visit st simons again.

The house is wonderful! Each room has it’s own bathroom, and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the layout is great because if someone is cooking they can still converse with others in the den. The pool is perfect, and was a great start and end to each day. Lots of pool additions, so no need to bring noodles or floats. And there is cornhole, which we enjoyed. The location is great too, quiet street and you’re close to the village and not far from the Harris Teeter. Some restaurants we enjoyed included Palmer’s Village Cafe, Porch, Palm Coast, Iguana’s, and Moo Cow. Michael is very responsive, he’s a great host. Very relaxing, would stay again!

We really enjoyed our experience at this property and Saint Simon island. The property was great for our family of 5 with children ages 6 and under. We walked to the beach in morning and spent the afternoon in the pool. The owner was very responsive to any questions and provided great recommendations. I have only been home one day and have recommended the property to a friend.

The property pictures dont do it justice! It is such a quaint cottage but very roomy and has everything you need for a stay on St Simons.
Every room was well stocked and the pool area was divine. We love St Simons and this home was just perfect for us and Mike was available via text with any questions!! We will be back!

Property was exactly as described. Quiet side street location, minutes walk from beach and restaurants. Pool was clean and a welcome chance to get some Sun without having to leave the house. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

East Beach is the perfect location on the island. It is close to everything.
The house is well stocked and very clean. Check out was a breeze.
The pool as pictured is small but it was large enough for our family. So glad that we could heat the pool as it was unusually cool for the Memorial Day weekend.
As other reviews mentioned the 3 BR & 3 bathrooms was invaluable. Our family included grandparents, parents and grandchildren.

This place is DA BOMB!!!!! Perfect set up for our 3 lifelong friends' vacation. The house is warm and inviting, with all of the comforts of home. LOVE that the 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. What a convenience for those that want the privacy. Location is great, neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Love St. Simon's Island and would rent this place again and again. Mike is a "super" host. Quick to help with anything you may need. Always just a text or phone call away. The only thing I would suggest would be to put a tv in the first bedroom, making each bedroom its own little piece of paradise! Loved EVERYTHING about this rental and would HIGHLY recommend it to anybody planning a trip to SSI. 10 out of 10 stars!!!!

Our host was incredible! Did an amazing job communicating with us and was available when needed. The house was spotless and literally stocked with everything you need for your beach vacation! Proximity to everything on the island was ideal. We were able to have a short walk to the beach if we wanted or a 5 min drive to the pier/lighthouse. We explored Jekyll and St. Simons and ready to go back! The house accompanied our 7-person family with ease! It was so nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Laundry room available and stocked. House literally had everything. Definitely recommend this place!!

Mike was amazing and so was the property. Proximity to the beach was perfect and the amenities the house came with make time at the beach a must. Don’t worry you can always come back to the house and relax in the pool. Perfect little gem of a home. We will definitely be back.

House was super clean! Fully stocked including beach towels, chairs and wagons! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Host was super easy to communicate with and very gracious! He even gave us an extra night free!! Will come back!

I can't say enough good things about this host and property! Communication with Mike began months before our stay. He was extremely helpful and offered lots of information for planning our holiday get away. The property is lovely with a very well equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Being away from home for Christmas was a first for us but this was the perfect property to have a relaxing day. We had the pool heated and were able to enjoy it as well. We will definitely be back!
To any future holiday guests-We did notice after Christmas that Barbara Jean's at the pier village had signage on the tables that they had been open on Thanksgiving and Christmas day (limited hours). It would be worth it to give them a call if you are struggling with holiday meal plans-and as a side note, they have delicious crab cakes!

We booked Mike's place for a Thanksgiving getaway with our family of four plus my parents (6 in total), and I'm so happy we did! Mike is a great communicator and generous host, and the house was very well appointed with pool toys, beach chairs, and everything else you'd need. It was especially nice that each room had its own private bathroom, a huge perk not typical in similar listings. Location was perfect, everything was a short walk (or even shorter bike ride) to the beach or to town. Back yard was sizable, good furniture, with nice landscaping. Highly recommend! I will re-book if we ever find ourselves headed back to St. Simon's!

The house was super clean! It felt like home away from home with everything that we could have needed and more. The owner is so helpful and responded to any questions within minutes! The location was within 5 minutes to every restaurant we ate at and a 3 minute drive to the beach! We’re already looking forward to our next stay here!

We rented this house for a girls getaway after dropping my daughter at college. Mike could not have been more accommodating and easy to work with! The house was very cute and super clean when we arrived, and everything from lots of beach towels to a well stocked kitchen were provided. The little pool is perfect for cooling off and enjoying a cocktail—and the beach and some great restaurants (and a nice local brewery) within a short walk. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to anywhere is a pretty one. We all thought the house was a perfect choice for our trip and will definitely rent again—the lime tree in the yard is also a plus if you like margaritas! Mike is just a great host with a very lovely home that I would highly recommend!

From the beginning of making contact with the host, each interaction proved to be reassurance that they are organized, friendly, understanding, and very hospitable. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to stretch out and space for a bridal wedding party of 12! The kitchen was so well stocked...waffle maker, blender, pitchers, vases for fresh flowers, toaster, Kcup coffee maker, big stock pot, trays, platters, wine glasses, toddler safe plates/utencils, etc. Definitely felt like our 2nd home and was clean upon arrival. Beach right around the corner as well as much shopping/dining. Swimming in the pool, picking fresh limes/herbs, sitting on the porches were all great bonuses, including having beach gear available! Comfortable beds too! Would definitely stay here again and hope to. These hosts are on a whole other level than other vacation rentals we have used in the past. Great communicators that geniunely want you to have the best time and we did in large part to the hosts and their giving! Highly recommend!

Our stay on St. Simon’s Island was all we were hoping it would be. Bikes, beaches and lots of good places to eat. Mike is a wonderful host, providing us with a beautiful home and all the information we needed for a great vacation stay. We enjoyed the pool and loved listening to the rain at night from the screened in porch (definitely bring some good books, great place to read) Take the historical trolley ride on Colonial. So much history. Will definitely be looking to comeback again.

Check in and communication was a breeze with Mike. He was always quick to respond with any questions (which weren’t many as he provided lots of information ahead of time). The house is about a half-mile walk from the beach which was easily done. We were able to carry our beach gear in the wagon provided at the property. The pool was great to cool off in the evenings. The home was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was wonderful, even better than the description. It was close to everything. The house was bright and sunny, and everything we needed was included. I hope to go back to St Simons someday and I would recommend this rental to anyone.

This was our first time in St. Simons and we absolutely loved it. The house was perfect for my family and our 4 year old loved all the games and pool! The house was close to everything you need and close to the beach. Mike was a great host and we can’t wait to come back next year!

From the minute we walked in the door, we felt comfortable and at home. This house is even better than described. It is so open and full of light coming in all of the windows! Mike has made sure the kitchen has everything you could possible need to make a meal if you choose to do so. The location was great and super easy to find. We were able to walk to several restaurants and close enough to walk to the beach as well. Having the beach cart was wonderful! The pool might be small but for us it was perfect and a nice cool treat! This was our first stay here but we will definitely be back! Thank you Mike for sharing your home and making it so comfortable and welcoming!
