Or, if shopping is more your style then take a short stroll down the boardwalk to Beach 1, where you'll find everything from bathing suits to ice cream. If sand isn't your thing, tie a floatie to the dock and spend your day floating on the river. You could also try your hand at fishing, or simply feeding the ducks.
