This stunning 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom retreat offers a modern design and luxurious amenities for your group getaway. With excellent lake views, a private pool and hot tub, and located a short flip-flop away from world-class golf courses and the famous 76 Strip in Branson, this is the perfect headquarters for your vacation! The main level features a gorgeous kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances including a cooktop with five burners, three ovens, two dishwashers, two coffee makers, and a microwave. With ample seating at two custom wooden tables and along the bar tops, plus a spacious living room with a large sectional, electric fireplace, and 70 inch Smart TV, this space is perfect for entertaining. Step outside onto the massive deck to enjoy breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake. Make lasting memories with a barbecue on the expansive back deck, complete with two propane grills. We have picnic tables available to enjoy your brats and dogs, or simply relax in the outdoor seating area. Challenge your family to a fun game of cornhole and take in the stunning view! On this level, you ll find three well-appointed bedrooms for guests of all ages. This floor offers two king suites, one being ADA compatible with a roll-in shower, shower seat and accessible sink, and one with a futon for additional sleeping options. There is also a bunk room with two triple bunk beds on this level and a TV, great for the kids. A laundry room equipped with a high chair and pack-n-play crib for families traveling with little ones round out this level. Head downstairs to discover the real heart of this home! Here you'll find a large family room with shuffleboard, a pool table, small tables great for card games, and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The kids won't want to leave this floor, as here is where they will find the private heated indoor pool, with an attached deck housing a 7-person hot tub! Additional amenities on this level include two more 70 TVs in the family room area, one surrounded by another large sectional, with arcade games and a second laundry room. This level includes three more king suites and another bunk room with two sets of triple bunks. The upper level features the final three king suites available in the home. This is where you will also find the primary suite everyone will be fighting for! It offers its own private covered deck with epic views of Table Rock Lake, as well as a large sitting area and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options. If you would like to bring your furry companions along, please note that dogs are welcome with prior approval and for an additional fee. Please inquire about our pet policy for more details. Staying at Branson Cove means you ll have access to additional shared community amenities including access to another on-site heated indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool with a waterslide, a children s playground, and a pickleball court! This home was the perfect size for our party of 19. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room where you never feel like you're in someone's way. The views of the lake are amazing from both decks, but probably the best feature would be MULTIPLE DISHWASHERS!!! WOW!!! The house was very well stocked and we had a wonderful time! The neighborhood was quite and felt very safe. We would definitely rent this home again!

It was a great home. Great setup. Very clean. The only negative would be that the furnishings were builder grade, but it is what it is with short term rentals. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at The Flip Flop'in Lodge was wonderful! The home was the perfect setup and fit our perfectly. The indoor pool, hot tub and games were a hit with the kids. We had plenty of room for all of us with all the amenities that we could possibly need. The location and the views of the lake were perfect. We would definitely book this again.

We enjoyed our stay. Bringing groups of foster children with staff is hard to find a place to probed our needs. This place was perfect, added bonus was the amenities and beautiful location. The foster children that stayed here will never forget their first ever vacation.

We were a family of 28. We had an absolute amazing time. We had 2 boats that we rented slips at the State Park Marina which was just a couple of minutes away. The views of the lake were beautiful and such a nice way to have your coffee in the morning looking over the peaceful lake. The house was very well taken care of and very clean. The bedrooms were perfect with comfortable beds and bathrooms attached. The indoor pool was a big hit for the younger children with us. The door was securely locked and the kids could only get in if they had an adult with them. The kitchen was perfect with multiple ovens, microwaves and dishwashers. We had a couple of issues and the property management was on top of them. They continued communication from the time we arrived until after we left. I would highly recommend this home for a nice vacation!!

This was a pleasant and easy experience! Beautiful property with loads of amenities! All 19 of us, from young to old loved it! The games and indoor pool were a big hit! The staff and Mantanence people were prompt, courteous and friendly!
