The Space: This house is an experience that requires a change of pace and some peace and quiet. Enjoy a break from the noise of the big city in an area of immense beauty. This home provides the chance to step away from the noise and reconnect with the simple pleasures of life. As you arrive, discover a delightful exterior complete with a deck with comfy seating, a hammock perfect for lounging, a toasty fireplace and even an outdoor shower to rinse off the salty sea water after a day of fun in the waves. Step inside to discover a wonderful combination of rustic, eclectic and downright funky charm. Filled with quirky features and artwork, this home is truly one-of-a-kind. Upon entering, you'll find yourself in the second living space, which also doubles up as a bedroom with dual-double sofa beds. This space connects to the laundry area, complete with a washing machine, dryer, laundry essential and backyard access. Step up to the main living area from the entrance, where you'll be greeted by a timber-filled haven filled with upcycled treasures. Within this space, you'll find a sumptuously comfortable couch, a Smart TV and plenty of thoughtful touches and activities scattered throughout to keep you entertained! Keep warm and cosy by the fireplace, which not only heats the entire house but also provides an ample supply of wood to keep the fire burning from the crack of dawn until late into the night. The area flows into the kitchen-dining space, where you can enjoy your meals with loved ones at the 10-seater dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials and modern appliances, including a pod machine. The space opens up to the deck, allowing for indoor-outdoor living. The main bathroom is located downstairs, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet and ample storage space. Head upstairs to discover 2 bedrooms and a separate toilet nestled in between for your convenience. The main bedroom features a spacious king-sized bed and a sweet balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean. The second bedroom features 4 single beds, reminiscent of school camp days. A short stroll across the road, and you'll find yourself at the beachfront inclusive of a BBQ and play area for the family. Enjoy ample off-street parking and a secure backyard for added convenience and peace of mind. Take this opportunity to unwind, recharge and rediscover the joy of simplicity. Guest Access: Guests have access to the house at any time via a lockbox. Please note the upstairs loft which is accessed from the entry is not for guest use. Whether you're seeking a leisurely stroll along the sandy shores or eager to indulge in boating and fishing, the coastal landscapes offer a delightful backdrop for outdoor enthusiasts. Renowned for its maritime heritage and strong connection to the sea, Low Head's history is beautifully preserved at the Maritime Museum of Tasmania. Here, you can explore a wealth of maritime artefacts and delve into the town's seafaring past. Kindly note that there will be an additional $100 pet cleaning fee for pet stays. We kindly ask that you clean up after your furry friend. No cats please. Children over the age of 10 are welcome to stay at the property. No children under 10 please. Please also note that the sleeping arrangements downstairs consist of two double fold-out sofa beds.
