We love pets and welcome furry friends, but we do have restrictions on certain breeds such as Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Shar Pei, Doberman Pinschers, and Rottweilers. To ensure compliance with these restrictions, we kindly request pictures to confirm that the pet does not have physical characteristics of these breeds. In the event of multiple barking complaints from guests and neighbors, we reserve the right to cancel the rental. Thank you for your understanding. 3. To ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all, we kindly ask that guests avoid hosting parties or playing loud music during their stay. 4. We ask our guests to help us maintain a clean and tidy space by cleaning up spills and crumbs as they occur. Additionally, we ask that you remove all food items from the property upon checkout. 5. To help us ensure that all linens are properly laundered between guests, we ask that you leave used towels on the floor and refrain from making the beds prior to checkout. 6. We request our guests to assist us with cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen by either washing dishes and putting them away or loading the dishwasher and running it prior to checkout. 7. If you notice anything in need of repair, please let us know right away so we can take care of it promptly and ensure your comfort during your stay.
