Near Baytown, 20 minutes from Downtown Houston, 30 minutes to Kemah and NASA, 20 minutes from Etreme ATV Off Road Sports and Beach in Crosby. This is a 2 story duplex. Someone else might be renting out the other unit. Guest access You will be leasing out the side without a garage. You will be given a door code to access the property. Other things to note The other unit is a 3 bedroom unit with an attached garage. It is fixed in a Beatles theme. It is not quite ready to open the calendar yet. If noone is staying there you may also use that driveway. We will let you know if it becomes booked during your stay.
