Our "Blue Escape 💙 Penthouse" has extraordinary views of the turquoise blue ocean, our 4 pools, and lush green of swaying palm trees. Our spacious penthouse/community amenities allows you to enjoy both extremes of natural invigorating and also calming, peaceful atmosphere. Perfect for your vacation home base. We offer you 3 fully equipped bedrooms to meet all your personal space and privacy needs. Our penthouse is comfortable and safe for up to 8 guests. Since we prefer to host 6 guests (including children), there is an additional daily charge for 7th and 8th guest. The 2-story penthouse has a large and comfortable living room with its own new 65-inch Smart TV. The dining has a large wooden and glass dining table for up to 8 guests. There is a small but fully equipped kitchen. The top floor has a large open recreational area with a giant new 75-inch Smart TV and nice furniture for families to enjoy. This area has its own bathroom and shower. Next step outside to the equally spacious patio with lighted pergola, outdoor furniture, and a large 5-person Jacuzzi (not heated). SLEEPING AREAS: There are 3 private bedrooms, a large top-level living room, and 5 bathrooms. [ ] Bedroom #1 (Master Bedroom): One King Bed, Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fan, En Suite Bathroom, 55” Smart TV, Closet, Sliding Screened Windows with Ocean Views [ ] Bedroom #2 (2nd Master Bedroom): Two Full Beds, Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fan, En Suite Bathroom, Work area, Closet. [ ] Bedroom #3: Two Full Beds, Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fan, Closet, with Guest Bathroom just outside. [ ] SPACIOUS TOP FLOOR LIVING ROOM AREA: There are two new sofas that have twin mattresses that can be used as beds. There in NO air conditioner, but there are two huge ceiling fans, and has its own spacious full bathroom. SPACIOUS ENTERTAINMENT AREA: The 4th floor spacious entertainment area has there is a new 75” Smart TV. This has a full bathroom with nice shower. Two new ultra-comfortable bed-like sofas, size of single bed. Two new super large fans to create fresh air flow. Just steps to the outside terrace for in and outdoor fun! AMAZING FOURTH FLOOR TERRACE: The best place to enjoy the incredible views of the ocean and beach is in this 4th floor terrace. It boasts a Jacuzzi (recently updated and repainted). This is perfect for sitting and sharing with family and friends. (It is not heated.) There is a wood-beam pergola with two sofas, tables, and outdoor fan. There cool is night lighting or turn them off for night views. We just added a new BBQ, and an outdoor fan. DINING / LIVING ROOMS: The dining room has 48” square table to accommodate 8 people. Next to this is a living room with two new 3-seat sofas with coffee and end-tables. Plus, there is a new 55” Smart TV. This entire area has sliding screened windows with panoramic ocean and pool views. THE KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, 2 types of coffeemakers (including Dominican “greca”), teapot, plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensils, all necessary kitchen items, ask us if you require something special. TERRAZAS DEL ATLANTICO AMENITIES: The community has multiple pools to share with lounge chairs for sun-tanning. We have a full staff to maintain the pools and common areas. Free parking in the back and 24/7 gated security entrance. Note that our community has strict but common-sense rules that guests must adhere to. We can share a copy prior to your arrival. KEEPING OUR HOME COOL: We made a major investment in upgrading all air conditioners with 3 new units. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner. As electricity is so expensive, all our 4-air conditioner will be monitored for excess use. (Must read and follow rules.) Plus, almost all rooms have wonderful extra-large and huge NEW cooling fans. PESCADORES UPDATE: We are a block from Pueblo De Los Pescadores. We are looking forward to the grand opening soon after the rebuild, but more work remains. They may be completed by May 2024. Fortunately, there are many other great dining and entertainment options within walking distance... ETNO, Mosquito Art Bar, and Puerto Plaza (2 large structures resembling side-by-side ships) shops. SECURITY NOTE: We require primary renter provide identification and names and ages of other guests. Security will assure that extra "visitors" are NOT allowed without owner's prior written consent. GUEST ACCESS: Our Guest will have access to the following amenities: - Private large Jacuzzi in the penthouse patio. - Community pools - Wi-Fi - Multiple new Smart TVs (75”, 65”, and 55”) - Free parking on premises - Amazing views from multiple rooms and patio - Beach across the street - Nearby top restaurants (including the new under-construction Los Pescadores), bars, music clubs, and dancing. - Minutes walking to the city center for shopping, banking, pharmacies, and local supermarkets. - Close to area for booking water activities - BBQ (need to add new propane tank) CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: Once reserved, for security purposes, we will need following. 1. Your valid government photo identification. 2. A form with all guest names and ages. (Children count as guests.) Note that your identification and your guest's information will be passed to Terrazas del Atlantico community security gate for confirmation. Unfortunately, if you do not present the needed information, you will not be allowed entry into community. EXTRA NOTES: *** Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed *** Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, and outdoor security cameras. *** Onsite parties or group events are NOT allowed. THE SOUNDS & OCEAN WAVES: We get all the ocean view possible from at least 9 windowpanes and from top floors. Yet, we are situated away from road, so we don't get disturbing noise from the far-away street. (Of course, though infrequent there maybe some loud cars.) At night if you open the windows, you will be able hear the sweet ocean waves. Yes, it's the best of all worlds here. PEST FREE ZONE: We invested in new screens for every window in our new penthouse. Why? My wife hated pests and mosquitoes love me. 😔 By adding screens, we get the beauty from our beautiful natural environment, but we keep those pests outside. (No need for mosquito nets you'll need elsewhere.) PREMIUM MOMENTS: It's all about the little details that transform good moments into great beautiful memories.
