Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. All carts must be street legal with a valid tag/license plate. Golf carts must fit in the home's designated parking area along with guest vehicles and cannot be parked on the street or in yard areas. Reservation/Booking Policy ***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations. ~ NO SMOKING ~ Pets Not Allowed (Excluding certified service animals only.
