Located a few street from Paris, well connected to its heart by métro, this cozy 20 m² studio has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Pantin, our little parisian Brooklyn ;-) It's ideal for a romantic getaway or a professional trip. Work is currently underway in the building. Welcome to Pantin ! ## Logement Located on the 3rd and top floor of a small building typical of Pantin, this bright studio offers an unobstructed view and includes: - a fully-equipped, functional kitchen - a shower room with hair dryer and washing machine - and a lounge area with sofa convertible bed + a large table to eat and work (wifi included) confortably You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness. You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: fridge, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fan, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The apartment has excellent access to public transport, with metro line 7 just around the corner, RER E just a 10-minute walk away, as well as Vélib stations and several bus lines at the foot of the building. The metro will take you directly to the Gare de l'Est, the Grands Boulevards, the Louvre, Châtelet les Halles and the Latin Quarter. All shops, bakeries, snack bars and restaurants are nearby. The neighborhood offers a wide range of entertainment options: - You can go out and enjoy La Cité fertile, a 10-minute walk away, which offers concerts, festivals, parties, workshops and bars. - La Villette, with its Halles, Zenith, Philharmonie and Cité de la Musique, is also nearby. - You can visit Dock B, a lively cultural venue, as well as Prairie du Canal, an open-air space just 15 minutes away by bike. - Jardin 21, located at 12A rue Ella-Fitzgerald, is another cultural venue to discover in the neighborhood. - For art lovers, the Galerie Ropac, specializing in contemporary art, is 15 minutes away, as is the Philharmonie de Paris. - Les Sheds, an art center housed in a former spinning mill, is just a minute's walk away. - You can also visit the Collection Cherqui and the Centre national de danse, located 5 and 15 minutes from the studio respectively. There is the Ropac contemporary art gallery, the Cité Fertile and its alternative cultural and festive programming, an unlimited offer of restaurants and inexpensive takeaway meals... The Quatre Chemins district is directly connected to the center of Paris: Châtelet, the Louvre, Opéra, Latin Quarter are directly accessible by metro line 7.
