This peaceful spot is one acre right on the Sabinal River with access to 600 ft of river bank. Lots of deer and birds. 14 mi to Garner State Park and the Frio river. 14 mi to Lost Maples State Natural Area. Just outside of Utopia TX for quick access to grocery store, restaurant and local artisan shops. Here's the thing... this is our family cabin and we're brand new to VRBO. I ran out of time in getting some aspects of the cabin ready, but I wanted to make it available for the eclipse! We're still getting the place ready, and it's not very presentable right at this moment. We’ll get it cleaned up this week, boxes and such moved out and mowed by this weekend. Sadly, there's a terrible drought right now and not much water in the river. But the view is still beautiful, and you'll enjoy sitting out back with a fire in the pit and listening to the frogs chirp as the sun sets on the other side of the Sabinal river.
