Lotties @ Tuross Head is an ideal base to call home while exploring everything the South Coast has to offer.  The fully equipped kitchen is complete with an electric oven & cooktop, dishwasher, all utensils, pots & pans. All rooms are located upstairs with just the garage & laundry on the ground floor. The three bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans & block out blinds. The master enjoys a queen-sized bed & ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed whilst the third bedroom has 2x king single beds. The 2nd bathroom has a luxury bath tub. The laundry is equipped with both a washer & dryer. There is ample off street paved parking for multiple vehicles plus a single garage space available for guest use. Guest Access: Our guests have access to the entire top level of the home. Downstairs is the garage & laundry. There is a locked off room on the lower level that is not accessible to guests. 1 garage space (left hand side) is available for guest parking. The Neighborhood: Lotties @ Tuross Head is located in Grenville Avenue which is the street running opposite the village shops (accessible from both Hawkins & Evans Road). Approx. 320m walk to the village shops and a further 200m to the beach sand! Getting Around: Leave the car parked at Lotties and enjoy a short walk down to the Village Shops or on to the beach! Other Things to Note: • Non Smoking – No Party Policy - Sorry No Pets • Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries. • Booking fee $55 – Maximum 6 Guests. • Refundable guest bond/credit card pre authorisation is required • Minimum 7 night stay during peak season. Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated at the time of booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children. Parties or events are not permitted at Lotties. This is a non smoking property. Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all. Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb booking.
