Beachy 3 Bedroom 2 Bath lower unit of duplex ron the boardwalk and sand with great views of the Newport pier. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store. The living area opens to the kitchen, with granite countertops and everything you'll need to whip up meals for the family. The counter seats four on stools for ocean view meals. A queen bed graces the master bedroom at the end of the hallway, with en suite bath. 1 parking spot in the shared garage. SLP #10309

The house is smaller than what the pictures show. We had to put our sheets on the bed, they said it had to due with covid. But the comforter was on the bed, leaving me to believe that they arent washed between guests. The only other complaint I had was that we needed more chairs on the patio. Otherwise, it's right on the beach and is walking distants to the pier. We all had a great time.

Everything was wonderful! Burr White has such friendly and helpful employees. I loved the 3 bedroom and 2 bath rental we had. The twin beds in 2 of the rooms was great!! Beautiful sunsets, beautiful beach!!

Needs new shuttes. Current shutters broken and won't stay open. Windows dirty, bedspreads old and smell used too many times. Owners need to upgrade outdoor chairs/table. Outside is great, inside needs attention. Not worth what I paid for the stay.

Nice and clean. Only complaint is the cost with all the add ons, booking fee, cleaning fee, management fee, and we had to empty all trash and strip the beds, after a large cleaning fee. Also, airplanes fly directly overhead regularly. Just the value was not worth it.

This home is set directly on the beach with a beautiful view. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the patio watching the waves, surfers, and beach activities. The location of this home is what made the rental worth it. However, the condition of the unit is in serious need of repair. The owner's are not maintaining or upkeeping the property as should be. Many of the windows blinds were broken and we were concerned to touch the sliding door because it is going to fall over at any time (the screen is holding it up). And this is just to name a few. I'm not sure why the owners are charging $175 for damages (that you may or may not create) when clearly that money is not going towards fixing anything. It was also frustrating to have to make our own beds upon arrival and to be given 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person, and we were there for several days.

We had a great time here and you could not beat the location. It’s only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The unit is a little older, but offered everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

The rental was as advertised.
The only issue was the hot water was limited and/or the hot water heater wasn’t turned up enough. Minor issue.

There was NO TVs in any bedrooms and there wasn't enough towels for a 5 day stay. The property is extremely old and could use a little work. But the location was perfect..

We had stayed at this house the previous year and love the location and closeness to the beach.

Great location right on the beach. We had to make our own beds and I have never had to do that in a vacation rental. Wish the kitchen was a bit better stocked. There were no pot holders in the unit. Both bathrooms had burnt out light bulbs. There was some wear on the unit itself. Still a good rating due to the great beach location.

This place is awesome! would definitely stay here again!!! We liked that our sheets and towels were shrink wrapped so we knew they were clean. There is some wear and tear on it but it didn't bother us at all. We did not feel it was dirty at all as some review suggest.
