Welcome to your home away from home. 2nd Floor: Bedroom 1: This is the master bedroom with a king bed, air conditioning, and a full bathroom ensuite. Connected to the master bedroom is a second bedroom with a queen bed. In the closet, a full-size crib is available for your use; just bring your own sheets. Bedroom 2: A bedroom with air conditioning and a queen bed. Bedroom 3: A bedroom with air conditioning and a queen bed. Bedroom 4: A bedroom with air conditioning and a queen bed. 1st Floor: Bedroom 5: This bedroom is directly to the left of the front door. Inside, it has a queen bed and a dedicated workstation. Kitchen: Fully appointed with all the pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, a full knife set, and all the glassware you could need. You'll also find a dual coffee brewer and Keurig maker. We provide Keurig pods, cream, and sugar! You'll also find a blender, microwave, and oven. Dining Room: Seating for 8, plus a high chair for the littlest member of your crew! Living Room: The 50" TV and the couches have tons of pillows and blankets to stay cozy! The fireplace is not available for use, but battery-operated candles provide a nice warm touch for cool evenings! Game Room: This room has ping pong, darts, and air hockey, as well as a 50" smart TV! Outside: A firepit and propane grill with tools await you! If you plan on using the fire pit, you can purchase wood at many local stores in the area! Additionally, there's a patio set with seating for four right outside the back door. Please note that guests are asked to sign our short-term rental contract three days before check-in. Experience the best of Penn Estates, where relaxation and recreation await you. The community this home is in requires you to fill out a HOA registration form that will be sent to you after you book. The registration form must be completed three days before arrival, or a $75 rush registration fee will be charged. If the form is not filled out 24 hours before check-in, you will not be given access to the community, and your reservation will be canceled with no refund given. HOA Registration: The community that this home is in requires a registration form to be completed 3 days before your day of check-in. If the form is not completed 3 days before check-in, a $75 rush registration fee will be applied. If the form is not completed 24 hours before check-in, access into the community will not be granted, and your reservation will be canceled with no refund given. Smoking: There is absolutely no smoking inside the house. Due to additional cleaning costs, a minimum fine of $500 will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. Fireplace and Grill: The indoor fireplace is currently non-functional, but you're free to enjoy the outdoor fire-pit and gas grill. If you do plan on using the fire pit, firewood can be purchased at Walmart. Pets: For a $100 per dog, per stay pet fee, dogs are welcome to come! Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. We kindly ask that dogs be kept off the furniture and off the white linens. Please take time to wipe dirty paws with the provided black make-up removal towels before they come inside. Since no one likes stepping in it, please be courteous to our next guests and pick up their poop. :) Unfortunately, we do not allow cats. Check-in and Check-Out: Unless another agreed-upon time is discussed, check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. In order to ensure each guest has a clean welcoming space to come into we request that you honor the check-out time of 11 am. Each hour you are at the property after the agreed-upon check-out time will result in a $100 per hour charge. - -
