Come into the entrance man didn’t speak to us. He was smoking in room 1 (lives there) and the whole of downstairs smells of smokes. the room was freezing and he gave us a little fan cos he said heating is broken. The bed was so hard. There was 2 of us staying but only 1 towel, 1 cup.. the room was not worth what I paid.
