E4 is an upstairs unit with a view of the front pool from the balcony. Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests. No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways. Pools close at 10 p.m. No entry allowed after hours. No glass or pets in pool areas. Quiet time is 10 p.m. until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running and/or playing on stairs. Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings. Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use. For the safety of everyone on the property, please maintain the posted speed limit of 10 mph at all times. This unit is not pet friendly.
