Our 2,600 SF, light-filled patio home is an oasis of peace and quiet, with a park directly across the street. We are located in the quaint, but bustling town of Louisville, a suburb 6 miles from the heart of Boulder and the U of Colorado, The drive to Boulder is 10 minutes of amazing views of the Flatiron mountains and the Front Range of Colorado's Rocky Mountains. Downtown Louisville is and easy walk (15-20 minutes) or bike (5 minutes) from our home and you will find a variety of restaurants, entertainment, farmer’s market (seasonal) and art galleries. The home itself is a two-level. A couple COULD spend all their time on the upper (ground floor level) which has the primary (king) bedroom, two bathrooms, a study and great room (our kitchen opens into the dining area and family room with a 55” TV. The lower level has a traditional queen bedroom, bathroom, dining/game table for six, an area with functional fitness equipment for stretching and core work and a sectional sofa and side chairs to enjoy the 85" television!) Plenty of streaming and hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. Lots of room for extra mattress downstairs, Lastly, there is the patio/deck! Two seating areas, plus a dining table, where we often eat after cooking on our Weber grill. Louisville and neighboring Lafayette are bustling playgrounds themselves. Biking and walking trails abound. We are conveniently located across from the neighborhood park with access to the bike and walking trail system, literally 1-2 minutes from the house. It is VERY quiet. The Pickleball parks are minutes away! This is a pet free, smoke free home. There will be a $100 cleaning fee.
