You will have access to the entire house and backyard. There is a locked cabinet and closet in the house and a locked shed outback. We interact with guests via phone call, text or email. Please reach out and we will do our very best to accommodate you immediately. You can contact us anytime but the best times to reach us is 7am to 10pm Pacific time. We have a 24hr contact posted on the front of the house for emergencies only. This is a requirement of the city ordinance but please try to reach out to us first before calling the number on the sign. All amenities, games, and toys live here and must stay here when you leave. They are provided for you to use during your stay only. We conduct an itemized inventory, in every room, after EACH stay. Guests will be billed for any missing or broken items* (*within reason). For protection of our property and our guests, security cameras are located outside, two in the front of the house facing the street and front porch; and one in the backyard all of which record. *Not a rule, but definitely noteworthy: During winter months, be sure to allow enough room for the snow plows to get by. While uncommon, the city can choose to have vehicles towed if they are obstructing the plows. In the event of heavy snow fall, the plows will leave a "berm" at the entrance to the driveway and if not shoveled off soon after, it will harden and become a solid mound of ice, blocking vehicles in the driveway. We recommend backing into the driveway so your vehicle is facing the street.
