No smoking in or near the house. There will be a $500 cleaning fee if you smoke anything in or near the house. Please discard all trash and bottles in the trash cans. Check out is 10 am. If you need more time, please call Russ. If the cleaning crew can accommodate the change they will. If you are still here when the cleaning crew arrives at 10, you will be charged a late checkout fee of $100. We love this house and hope you will too.
