If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24/7. For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. 👉 There is a Ring camera at the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. 👉 There is an option for monthly cleaning where a cleaner will come in and clean the common living areas. (applies to 30+ day stays only) 👉 We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper & paper towels.
