The Living room has a 65" smart TV with electric fire place. Free WiFi. 5G All new kitchen appliances. New hardwood floors thought out both bedrooms. No carpeting anywhere. You have access to a large balcony from both the master bedroom and living areas. Master has a king size bed with direct ocean views.The second bedroom has 2 DOUBLE beds with large flat screen TV. The master suit has private bath with a large walkin shower walk in large private closet. We have both washer -dryer in condo with a fully equipped kitchen with both coffee pot and Keurig. All linens and towels are included. All bedding is cleaned with Antibacterial products. Dinning area has seating for 6. Markets & Dinning close by. One Ocean Place is equipped with 24 hour security and covered parking. This premier condo is located in beautiful Garden City, just 19 minutes from MB airport, and only 10 minutes south of all the action offered in south Myrtle Beach living. Our stay at this property was very nice. I cannot think of one thing to complain about. The accommodations and amenities that came with this property are very good. I would stay at this property again. The view of the beach was perfect, calming, and relaxing. The restaurants and other community businesses in the area were very nice and enjoyable. All the rooms were very spacious and the kitchen and dining room were very nicely arranged. I recommend anyone to rent this property.

We had a very relaxing stay and it was easy to access the condo, great parking and everything we needed was inside.
We had gorgeous views and easy access to the beach. Comfortable bed, cozy living room area and the electric fireplace was great too as it cooled off at night.
We were disappointed that the jets weren’t working in either of the hot tubs. The owner did what they could by reporting it to management right away.
The kitchen could use a good cleaning; drawers and kitchen appliances. We were happy to see that cleaning supplies were available for us to use as needed.
Overall, it was a great place to stay and we’d definitely pick the same place again.

Everything was well communicated and managed re our vacation stay. The property was very well designed re all the furniture, appliances, bedrooms, etc.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and once again we had an amazing time! The unit is tidy, clean, and well stocked. Having the reserved beach chairs snd umbrella set up for us every day is an added bonus! The views from the living area and balcony can't be beat. Already looking forward to our next stay, hopefully sooner than later!

The condo feels spacious and incredibly welcoming. The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable, especially the reclining chairs by the big windows!!!
There are many things to do in the surrounding area if you have rainy days. Going to the beach is very easy. The pools are clean and have shade in the evenings. 100% would stay here again.
If you have small children be aware they have glass tabletop furniture. Not a big deal for us, but if your kids are rough be aware.

This was our first time staying at Garden City and we loved it. The condo was perfect for our family. We absolutely loved the 2 recliners at the windows that overlooked the oceanfront pool, perfect to relax in and watch the ocean waves. The beds were so comfortable which was a huge plus! Carol was quick to respond if we needed anything. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Condo was breath taking and so was the view. It was nice and spacious, had everything you need to stay comfortably. Parking garage security was walking around almost all the time and were very nice. The neighborhood was very nice also. If i ever go back to south Carolina this is the only place i will stay at. Garden city was much nicer than myrtle beach. Loved our vacation but getting this condo was the best part. Its gorgeous n so relaxing.

This condo has a private balcony with a high-top table and chairs. The furnishings are well designed for relaxing and enjoying the indoors. The unit is conveniently located near the elevator.

Way more beautiful than pictures and descriptions. The condo was immaculate and the decor was perfect for the beach. Going to sleep each night and awaking to ocean view and the sounds of the ocean were so relaxing! The beds were very comfortable and we loved the recliners by the massive windows. The shower in the master bath was great. Everything was easily accessible-restaurants, grocery stores, drugstores, shopping, and attractions. We even made a visit to an urgent care which was just a few minutes away. We will definitely return and make sure Carol is our host. She is wonderful. One Ocean Place is definitely the place to stay in Garden City.

The condo was just as listed. The furnishings were exceptionally nice and very comfortable. The kitchen was small but equipped for all of our needs. Everything was very clean and well-cared-for. Our view from the balcony and floor to ceiling windows was wonderful. We enjoyed watching all the happenings on the beach!

We had an amazing time at this property in Garden City with our 16 month old and 4 year old. It’s a perfect location for families. The beach never felt crowded, everyone on the property was friendly, and the included chairs & umbrella every morning was a special touch that was appreciated! The condo unit was clean and beautifully upgraded. We look forward to staying here again! Thank you!

This was the first vacation my husband and I ever took without our kids. We never even took a honeymoon so this was 25 years in the making. The place is beautiful, furniture was so comfortable and getting to the beach was a breeze. Everything you’d need for a great stay is there.
Our only problem was that the dryer was broken and if you’re like me, there should be no ironing on vacation. I had intended on spritzing our outfits and throwing in dryer for a few minutes tode-wrinkle but that wasn’t an option. Washing our beach towels and bathing suits was a bit of a pain as we could wash them at the condo but had to pay and take the wet clothes to a laundromat off site. I mentioned that this was going to be an inconvenience and I was answered with a quick, “I’ll provide extra towels. You can cancel for a full refund”. The towels were not the only issue regarding not having a dryer. I quickly answered “no thank you” as I couldn’t imagine giving up our vacation the day before we were supposed to go after a year of waiting. No discount was offered for the inconvenience and I was not about to ask.
So all-in-all the place and the beach was beautiful but I wouldn’t state any problems to the owner as you may lose your reservation for speaking up.

Our family of 5 stayed here for our summer vacation and we really enjoyed it. The condo is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the balcony view is great. The area it is located is very quiet and you are close to so many attractions and restaurants.
