Very practical base

Perfect location if you need a pad close to town. Parking literally opposite, by appointment. Clean comfortable room with kitchen facilities, tea, coffee, hot chocolate.

View from apartment 6 window is a litter-strewn car park, but the property owner can't do anything about that, and the proximity to the parking and high street makes up for it.

Back for a second time, really solid base if you’re staying in Stafford for a night or even a few days like I did

It was exactly what I needed; clean enough, central location and really solid value for money. Wi-Fi was brilliant and didn’t drop out once despite being connected for pretty much my entire stay.

There were a few bits of the property that weren’t looked after - lots of marks all over the walls/ceiling and the shower tended to ‘pool’ at one side which would indicate it isn’t level. The tv was also super temperamental - would randomly turn off and the connection to Netflix was borderline pointless as it would freeze constantly. Not a major issue as I had my laptop but would’ve been a nice addition given there’s a card in the room that specifically highlights the benefit.

Nice place in a good location for a good price

Instructions were very clear on location and access and lockbox very easy to use. The apartment was nice and modern with some minor wear and tear issues but on the whole a nice place.

Wouldn’t stay there again sorry

Location

Pictures given were not the same apartment. No sofa and no seating area to eat for both of you. No heater in bathroom so freezing having a shower

Great stay !

Perfect location for the centre and nearby pubs. Clean ,well equipped and great value. This was our second visit and definitely won't be our last !

Only thing I would say is a better shower in terms of power but that's being picky.

Apartment was very nice everything u needed stafford was lovely never been before loved it many beautiful little specialists shops

Bed was comfortable, bathroom good size. Location was accessible for shops etc

Bar stool was very wobbly and only one, and the fan was very unsafe as fell over when tried to use it. Could have done with an extra tea towel, due to length of stay, and a frying pan (as well as the wok).

As expected, and it was satisfied.

The location was quite convenient and the room was clean.

The instruction to get to the place could be clearer by describing "the apartment was on the other side of the U-shape road, opposite to a car park" as we did mistake the buildings nearby as the destination. We had to make phone calls to clear it up.

Lovely appartment, really close to the town. Comfortable bed ,sitting room area , having your own fridge was great to keep drinks in. A fan , hairdryer and iron & ironing board too .

10am checkout is a little early, considering most Premier Inn’s etc it’s now 12, did find it a rush in the morning.

Wasn’t told which apartment I was staying in or where the key safes were but there was an engineer there sorting the alarm out. Used the code given on each key safe until one opened and then I knew which apartment I was staying in. No answer from the number provided for problems

Very clean apartment, spacious & everything we needed was there, fully furnished apartment & fitted kitchen, really cosy & well worth the money we payed for a one night stay. Kelly was so helpful. We would definitely book Stafford apartments again

Location is great, close to shopping centre and other amenities.The inside is in excellent condition

Location is not bad being central,but the area is dark and does not look safe to me..as you opened your door someone can be there and push their way in..maybe it could have been a bit more in off the road with a fenced area..I really love it but just the darkness between there n the open area..I was scared a bit.

The heater is too small. It took about 4hrs for the place to warm up a bit..Carpet to the entrance needs cleaning, oh there's no iron and ironing board.

Brilliant accommodation easy parking and hand for town centre.

Next to the town centre, Nice quiet public car park next door.

Stafford town centre was dead.

great location and quiet in relation to nightclub, very little noise, smack bang in centre to town and railway, great facilities
