Great pool, large, clean and not freezing as it gets the sun all day. Very large balcony which had the sun all day. Really good location, lots of runners early evening on the blue track. Nice restaurants and 10 mins from Ban Phe to go to Samet for the day. Just a nice and relaxed place to be to unwind. Internet was good too.

It is a little dated but so are a lot of hotels. Bath tub needs changing. For the price I can't really fault anything.

First the place, quiet and very nice. The appartment is very handy and cosy. As we arrived, there were soft drinks and coffee waiting for us, a very kind attention for travellers. A very nice and quiet pool, and sun chairs in the shadow of trees along the beach. What else ?

Impeccably clean pool and terrasse. Very large balcony, multiroom Sonos sound system very cool! (make sure to turn off the balcony speakers as to not bother the neighbors) Location was decent, about 10-15 min walk to closest market, terrific pizza place at the foot of building and good, non-spicy Thai food restaurant next door (Thamon, ran by a sweet multigenerational family) Most places cater to the crowd, so offering Russian/Western options and menus. Straight accross from the beach, soft soft sand, clear water and beach restaurants. Very minimal to non-existent night life, very quiet by 8-9pm. Eveything in the unit technically worked, washing machine, toaster, microwave etc..

Run down building very minimally up kept. No security gates. Very limited English from staff. Very bare minimal decorations and dingy lighting. 1/2 elevators kept breaking down. Pool sun chairs can't be used because they are all broken but still left out. In the unit we stayed in, drawers packed with stuff and things, so nowhere for you to unpack, nice renovated bathroom kept getting flooded when taking a shower from the floor drain backing up. Other bathroom is bath only due to very short hand held shower head. Other guests are mainly expats from eastern europe/Russia, older crowd. Included breakfast consisted of 6 cans of pop, loaf of white bread and a jar of jam delivered on the first day. No coffee.
