Jaukus poilsis, bet yra kabliukų

Patiko lokacija, labai arti prieplaukos, visi restoranai, turgus, autobusų stotelė, viskas ranka pasiekiama. Personalas draugiškas, kambarys erdvus, švarus. Yra veikiantis liftas. Matėsi kruopščiai tvarkomas kambarys, švarūs, keičiami rankšluosčiai, patogi lova, po dvi pagalves, kas mėgsta aukščiau laikyti galvą miego metu. Baseiniukas ant stogo (gaila dar buvo ne sezonas). Šaldytuvas, žodžiu labai komfortiškas ir jaukus poilsis.

Oro kondicionierius gal neveikė ar nemokėjome naudotis (rodė, kad įjungtas, režimas nustatytas, bet grotelės nejudėjo ir nevyko oro cirkuliacija), tai vis palikdavom langus nakties metu ir to pasekoje siaubingai sukandžiojo uodai. O būti vis su uždaru langu, tai irgi ne variantas, kai tokia graži prieplauka ir krantinė matėsi pro jį. Pusryčiams kiekvieną rytą tie patys produktai ir tik jūsų kūrybiškumo reikalas, kaip valgysite, kad neatsibostų tas pats racionas bei tie patys produktai. Jokios košės (išskyrus sausus dirbsnius), jokio kepto kiaušinio ar omleto (tik virti). Antklodė pasirodė siauroka.

Du très bon et du très mauvais

L’accès facile à toute heure. Nous sommes arrivés après minuit sans soucis. Un code pour entrer et la carte de notre chambre était à notre disposition à la réception. La proximité immédiate avec le port et le marché. La serviabilité du personnel. Nous avions acheté du poisson au marché ainsi que des légumes frais pour notre prochain logement, ils ont eu la gentillesse de les garder au frais jusqu’à ce qu’on quitte le village. Le le demain de notre départ nous avions constaté l’oubli d’un chargeur et d’un adaptateur. Après les avoir contactés ils les ont mis à notre disposition à la réception et nous avons pu les récupérer sans problème.

Notre nuit a été une vraie torture. Nous avons tous les deux dormi maximum 2h30. L’insonorisation avec la rue est épouvantable. Il n’y a pas de joint isolant aux châssis et on a l’impression de dormir à la rue. Surtout demandez une chambre qui ne soit pas côté rue! Un camion de poubelle à 2h du matin. Un autre à 4h30 et quel boucant! Et c’est toutes les nuits, ce sont des sociétés privées. Entre les deux des passages hyper bruyants aussi. Le clocher qui sonne toute les heures et à quart et moins le quart, parfois à 30 aussi. On a cru devenir fous!

Nettes Guest House in Marsaxlokk

Gutes Frühstück ab 7:45, nette Gastgeber, sauberes Zimmer, lärmschluckende Fenster, d. h., trotz der Lage zur Straße herrschte - bei geschlossenem Fenster! - Ruhe. Bushaltestelle nah.

Tagsüber Straßenbauarbeiten in der angrenzenden Straße, aber da war ich ja immer unterwegs. Leicht seltsamer Geruch im Bad.

What a lovely end to our 8 day travel around Malta, beautiful fishing village. More to explore!

Everything, relaxing, Pool view at the top of the building, host were exceptional and helpful, excellent all round, will definitely go for the balcony view next time.

Amazing value for money. Very good service, great location, very clean and comfy. We were pleasantly surprised by a bottle of wine the room when we checked in. Continental breakfast was very tasty, especially loved freshly baked pastries. Staff were great in accommodating dietary requirements for breakfast and very helpful and friendly in general. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the rooftop terrace. Room service was top quality. Well done to the entire team!

Very happy with our stay and would happily come again.

The room, though having a street view, was pleasant; the air con worked well and the beds were very comfortable. The mechanism for releasing the washbasin plug needed maintainance and this was noted at reception. I thought there was no bedroom nirror until reception pointed out it was in the single wardrobe! Otherwise we were very satisfied with our one night stay. Staff were most helpful.

A mirror on the wall in the bedroom not hidden in a wardrobe. An easy chair or two?

The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to both Marsaxlokk harbour and Ballut Reserve Beach. However, we were a bit disappointed with the advertised "balcony with sea view" on the second floor. It faced the back of the guesthouse and its view was limited by the nearby restaurant. Unfortunately, this meant that we were constantly subjected to the noise from the restaurant's air conditioning units. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor emanating from the cooking food in the restaurant, which detracted from the overall experience.

Good experience

Our stay at this property was pleasant. The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient, close to the market and the seafront. While parking wasn't provided, free parking was available nearby.

Unfortunately, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the bathroom ventilation was not functioning, resulting in a humidity smell during our stay.

lovely. Slept well, great pool , great little find.

Our room was lovely although we did want a balcony and none were available but .. Breakfast was fantastic The location was amazing. The Sunday market was superb right outside the door.

Great place for a relaxing getaway to Malta

Very nice hosts, guided us with the late checkin procedure because we arrived after the reception closing time. Room was very clean - even if it was close to Easter period, the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels and sheets were provided. Good breakfast There is also a terrace on top of the house which offers a nice view of the harbor area at night.

Friendly, comfortable stay.
