O quartos estão bem velhos e pouco modernos. Café da manhã muito incompleto e sem aparelhos para substituição (quebrou a sanduicheira e não tinha outra)

Ótimo atendimento. Em um outro momento, inclusive, precisei cancelar a estadia e foram compreensivos e atenciosos. Instalações novas, pois passaram por reforma recente. Tenho que dizer, a acústica é muito boa! A localização também, aprovei e levo muito em conta esse detalhe! É uma área agradável, o hotel fica próximo de cenas gastronômicas notáveis, bares, farmácia, shoppings como o Cidade Jardim e o JK. O Estádio Morumbi aparentemente também fica próximo! Entrou na minha lista de favoritos no Itaim Bibi. Espero que continuem com os bons serviços!
Só tivemos um problema quanto a um vazamento do box. Liguei e mandaram imediatamente um profissional para analisar e consertar. Por duas vezes, mas amenizou mesmo na segunda. Não precisei trocar de quarto.

atendimento é excelente, eventuais problemas são resolvidos de forma simples, e a cordialidade de todos é bem perceptivel.
tive problemas com a reposição de itens do quarto, direia que nas ultimas 2 semanas o pessoal deve estar mais sobrecarregdo, pois me hospedo com frequencia e apenas percebi degradação nas ultimas duas semanas.

In the middle of my stay they began refurbishment and have torn the reception area apart. There was NO warning about this when I booked. As they refurbished, at times the elevator did not work and nobody picked up calls at the reception. If you are staying in an upper floor (17th) it can get scary.

location was great, felt safe and easy to get to all of the nicest areas for shops and restaurants. facilities were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. breakfast was also very good
we were given advance notice of disruption of building works so it was no surprise but this did stop us from enjoying the amenities of the hotel. the room was very small and the bathroom was tiny

Room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good with many things to select. Roof terrace was very with pool, gym and sauna to use.
Bathroom was a bit dated and in need of renovation.

the hotel is a “bit tired”, albeit clean and comfortable. the mattress wasn’t great and that was the only real disappointment
