Near to the center and in the same time isolated and quiet. Good atmosphere and organized very nice
Nothing really. It’s not a hotel

Very well kept and clean place. Thought layout of the room with everything you need.
Exceptional host and her kindness to help with anything that is needed.
Possibly adding a few kids slides and swing might help attract more families with kids.

Please change/precise your description for the Double bed bunk bed as it is somewhat misleading, I did not expect it to be only 3 beds. I am glad I brought my tent, otherwise it would have been problematic.

The location was amazing as well as the Staff behavior.
The kitchen could have been a little more organized but I would say for the price we paid it's okay.

The owners, Knut & Kristin, provided a wonderful welcome. There was everything I needed for a happy stay with a comfy bed, cooking rings, plates & utensils in the cabin and washing machine, dryer, plenty of washing-up room and hot showers in the communal wash room. As it was the end of the season, Kristin gave me an extra warm blanket. Each cabin had a little terrace where you can sit and take your boots off after a long hike. Trails to Keipen and Skagefla and Seven Sisters Waterfall are on the doorstep. The owners were kind enough to give me a map on arrival and hiking advice. The camping hytter are about a mile away from the town centre along the fjord coastline; away from the main tourist bustle but close enough for a pleasant stroll to get your messages.
I couldn't stay longer 😕

Clean and fully equipment room and kitchen. Just located on opposite waterside to the fjord center. Beautiful view and quiet, nothing disturb. Car parking outside the cottage.
Bad and narrow road to the cottage

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Great setup with tables outside to use and a washing machine and dryer. Cooking outside was unexpected but fun. Very nice location.
We didn't like the beds that much.

The location of Fjorden is super. Quiet. At the end of a road. Interesting people who had chosen Fjorden, as well, were our neighbors.

This property is located at an amazing location, right in the fjord, by a waterfall. Definitely worth staying if you want a peaceful location with serene views. The bunk beds were comfortable and the cabin was well ventilated. We were quite late in the night to arrive but our host had left the keys and the notes at the reception and we met her the next day. She was a wonderful lady who suggested us some places to hike and to drive to. the town center is also close by, about 15 minutes of walk and about 1.5km.
I dont know why people are complaining about this place being away from the road. You are living in a campsite close to nature. If you need to live on the highway, choose a fancy hotel! The way is clearly marked and good to drive even with a small car.
The curtains to the room were thin, and since the area never gets dark in summer, there was a lot of light in the room at night.
There was no microwave for warming up pre-made packed food. Most of the other campsites we stayed at had one.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Definetly recomend and we for sure will come again. The view its wonderfull and the rooms and facilities are super clean. The staff its very welcoming and helpfull. You have places to rest and enjoy a barbeque with a nice view at the camping site and if its sunny and warm to get some tan. You can also have a nice evening walk all the way to the town cca 2.2km ,the road its packed with waterfalls and the traffic its very light .

Great view.
Very simplified cooking corner. A little bit more equipment would help (a basic microwave oven for instance).

Good cabin with nice place to cook outside. The cabin nicely heats up using heating. The owners are very friendly and give you advice for exploring Geiranger.

The location of the cottage was really nice. We took the cottage with private toilet and bathroom. It was located right in front of water. The morning and evening views from the windows were stunning.
There was no microwave oven. That would have been really nice addition to the cottage.
We had an 8 years old kid with us. We were expecting a bed for him. Instead we got a sofa where he was supposed to sleep. He didn't like it so slept with us in our bed. The bed was definitely not big enough for three of us.

This place is a little gem! Perfect location with the most amazing view into Geiranger fjord. Many hiking, swimming and boat facilities right outside the cabin. Would definitely recommend 👌
We liked everything!

Cosy cabin with amazing view on Geirangerfjord. Perfect location with good price. The toilet and shower are very close to cabins so it’s not so much hustle to use it. 😊 Plus nice owner who gave us thick duvet just in case we would be cold 😃
