N'ayant fait que coucher dans cet appartement pendant le séjour, cela s'est bien passé.

Emplacement parfait Agencement du logement correct. Suffisamment de place.

Vaisselle dépareillée. Assiettes ébréchées. Cintres métalliques du pressing. Tasses petit déjeuner trop hautes pour passer sous la cafetière. Etat répugnant de saleté de la couette du lit camouflé par une housse qui , elle, était propre. Pour un faible investissement , vous devriez pouvoir gommer tous ces désagréments et laisser une bonne impression aux locataires !

Beautiful location, very well equipped kitchen, convenient check-in/out

Lovely cozy studio apartment, well equipped with all things needed to feel at home. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and I love how independently I could come and go and have everything at my disposal to make my business trip acceptable and as comfortable as possible. It is also very close to many delis, cafes, markets, restaurants, groceries. The area features beautiful architecture from various centuries and winding narrow streets, there is some spacial/visual pleasure in walking around here. it was also incredibly helpful that there was a working washing machine and detergent, because I stayed here at the end of a 10-day trip and I got to refresh my clothes without having to go anywhere or spending additional money on this. The kitchen was satisfying as well, so it felt like I was home, at liberty to prepare simpler meals.

Nothing to add here. I did not experience any issues.

Communication with Jo was quick and great. We had a lovely time at your apartment!

It was clean and spacious for two people. Very comfortable and easy stay. Had all the amenities we needed. The location was great and less than 10mins from the metro.

Lovely apartment

The property is situated in a lovely street close to all the shops and restaurants. It was very clean and well equipped with an easy check in and check out process.

The matress needs replacing and the pillows are inadequate.

Great location, but watch the staircase.

Great location! Proximity, close to RER, and lots of shops and bakeries around. Having an oven to bake and roast. A washing machine dryer was a bonus.

Spiral staircase very narrow, and the gap between stairs is high. It's not easy to get to the key box. No lift, Anyone with chronical joins pain to avoid. The sofa bed is opened (no instructions to fold back) and takes all the space of the bedsit. The lights are too bright, and there is no dim bedside light. Curtains are difficult to open and let daylight in. Hoover was dirty. No instructions to find main bins or recycling bins that's a shame!

Great apartment!

I traveled solo and felt very comfortable staying here by myself. I left at 6 in the morning my last day to walk to the train station. I felt very safe doing so. Spacious apartment, very clean with comfortable beds. Lots of kitchen equipment to use. There was a variety of chairs to sit on.

I loved everything about it!

Okay for your business but probably not for your long waited summer holidays

The location was excellent. lots of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.

I don’t think there is a fix to this but there’s no sunshine coming in all day long. Also, as the studio is right next to the pedestrian road, there are lots of random noises, which I didn’t mind too much during the late afternoon, but it could be quite annoying and unwelcoming during late night. It was okay for me at the end of the day as it was not for my holidays but just a business trip for a week.

Location was great - central to town. Flat had everything I needed. Secure and clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Great there was a washing machine.

The noise - I heard everything in the stairwell outside, woken every time someone walked past, plus the fridge and loud humming. Strong detergent smell on sheets/towels.

Lovely stay

Good Value for SGL Center Home

This is the second time we stayed in a property by Johanna. And we were once again quite happy. Excellent location of the apartment, very close to the SGL city center. Has all the amenities for living a few days at a home away from home.

Climbing up the stairs with luggage can be a challenge. The space overall is a bit limited (including the shower), but surely not a deal-breaker.

Superb

It was a nicely updated quaint old building in a great location. It had the feeling of being in the true France. The street looked like a painting. Many restaurants and shops within a very short walk. Walk to the RER station and you're soon in Paris. We had a lovely time.
